FLIP SCHOOL is a hands-on real estate investing intensive designed to walk you through the complete flipping process:

And we're not spending the entire day in a classroom.
You'll also walk a real property with us and learn how to scope, evaluate, estimate and analyze a potential flip.
Whether you're preparing for your first deal or you've already completed flips and want to sharpen your process, FLIP SCHOOL is designed to give you practical, real-world knowledge you can actually use.
Facilitated by experienced real estate investor Dustin Hoog, we'll approach flipping from the investor's chair — focusing on the decisions, numbers and challenges you'll face when your own money, financing and reputation are behind the deal.

Where do real deals actually come from?
Learn how to find opportunities, evaluate properties, analyze the numbers, determine what you can afford to pay and recognize the deals you should walk away from.
💰 FUND IT
You don't necessarily need a pile of cash to become a real estate investor — but you do need to understand your financing options.
We'll discuss financing available to investors, including traditional and local bank financing, private and hard money, creative structures and how to develop lender relationships that can help you grow.
🔨 FIX IT
Buying the house is only the beginning.
Learn how to evaluate property condition, develop a realistic rehab scope, estimate costs, work with contractors, manage the project, control your budget and avoid mistakes that can quickly eat away at your profit.
🏠 FLIP IT
Your exit strategy should be part of the plan before you ever buy.
We'll discuss preparing the finished property for market, pricing, timing, selling strategy and getting your capital back so you can move on to the next opportunity.

One of the best ways to learn how to evaluate a flip is to walk one.
As part of FLIP SCHOOL, attendees will travel to a nearby property for a LIVE PROPERTY WALKTHROUGH and put what we're learning into practice.
We'll walk through the property together and look at it through an investor's eyes:
- What needs to be repaired?
- What's cosmetic — and what's potentially expensive?
- What should be included in the scope of work?
- What could the rehab cost?
- What problems should you be looking for?
- How does the property's condition affect your numbers?
- And ultimately — would you buy it or walk away?
This is your opportunity to connect what you learn in the classroom with what actually happens when you're standing inside a potential investment property.

Attendees will travel to a nearby property during the event. Transportation to and from the walkthrough property is not provided.
