We will hike out the Holston Mt. Trail past the fire tower to Flint Mill Gap, continue out and back to Flint Rock on the Flint Mill Trail and then return via Forest Rd. 4202. It will be about 8 miles total. Meet at the gate for Forest Rd. 56A (the fire tower road) off of Panhandle. (https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/tennessee/holston-mountain-and-flint-mill-gap)
