FlightPath - Radical Mindfulness in Joshua Tree

FlightPath is a monthly mindfulness program here in Joshua Tree. Each lab contains a variety of exercises like journaling, meditation, movement, and theater games, among many other things - with the intention of accessing wisdom deep inside to gain clarity. While we dive deep in tough shadow work, Flightpath is also extremely fun and playful. Throughout the lab, we rotate deep introspection with movement or play; this helps to recalibrate which keeps us energized, on track, and helps the cream in the psyche to rise to the surface and get deeper work done.
