FlightPath Day Retreat

FlightPath is a dynamic mindfulness program containing a variety of exercises like journaling, meditation, movement, and theater games, among many other things - with the intention of accessing wisdom deep inside to gain clarity. While we dive deep in tough shadow work, Flightpath is also extremely fun and playful. Throughout the lab, we rotate deep introspection with movement or play; this helps to recalibrate which keeps us energized, on track, and helps the cream in the psyche to rise to the surface and get deeper work done.

Saturday, April 19th

10am-5pm

with a one hour lunch break

cost is $165

This will take place at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center.
