FLIGHT CLUB VOL. III

WILDERNESS is an hourlong workplace drama that follows twenty-something field guides working in the unpredictable, grueling and frequently absurd "wilderness therapy” industry in southern Utah, as they care for wayward teens and come to understand themselves. The series peers inside the workings of these real and ethically murky for-profit businesses, that offer teenage clients whose parents can pay top dollar a 24/7 crash course in survival in the picturesque high deserts of Southern Utah.

SETH BÖCKLEY is a writer and director based in Brooklyn. His works range from stage adaptations of literature, to multimedia spectacles, screenplays and fiction. His film The Cartographer, shot in Wales, won Best Short Feature and an Audience Award at the Berlin Short Film Festival. His plays have been produced by The Public Theater, Under The Radar (La MaMa), and En Garde Arts among others.
