Learn to trust your hands! Flight Club is your opportunity to workshop handstands and other arm-balancing shapes. These sessions are loosely structured to adapt to the needs of the students.
Each session begins with handstands, and then may explore additional poses and inversions.
Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions and open discussion are encouraged!
Space is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended, and late-cancels will be charged.
