Join us for a special Spring Solstice workshop that begins with a candle making experience, followed by a candlelit gentle yoga flow as your candles cool. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, create something meaningful with your hands, and welcome the new season with intention, movement, and calm.
All supplies for candle making are included, and the yoga portion will be accessible and grounding for all levels.
