This 4-week handstand flexibility series is designed to help you build the mobility, strength, and body awareness needed for a strong, stable, and confident handstand. Each week progressively targets the key areas that limit most handstands—shoulders, thoracic spine, hamstrings, and hip flexors—through a structured combination of active flexibility drills, controlled mobility work, and handstand-specific alignment training. You’ll focus on improving overhead shoulder flexion, developing open and stacked positioning, and increasing compression strength to refine your line. Whether you're working toward your first freestanding hold or refining your balance and endurance, this series will help you move more efficiently, reduce strain, and unlock a straighter, lighter handstand.
Most benefit gained by attending all 4 weeks, or come when you're able!
