First Time Iron Strongman competition for men and women who have NEVER competed before but want to try strongman 💪🏻
Weight Classes are first time ever competing in strongman.
Men’s A is for athletes who’ve competed 2 times at most in strongman at beginner level, no comp wins… and or athletes who’ve competed at other strength sports but never tried strongman but think they’d be more challenging in this class than the others.
