Flex Fitness 1st Annual Lifting Competition

Registration for the 1st Annual Flex Fitness Lifting Competition is NOW OPEN! 💪🏋️‍♂️

Order of Events:
Squat
Deadlift
Bench

Gear Permitted:
Squats - belt & standard knee sleeves
Bench - wrist wraps only
Deads - belt only

✨ Weigh-in will be held on Friday, January 24, from 8 AM to 8 PM. All teams will register together on weigh-in day, and each team must consist of 2 women and 2 men.

💰 Early registration is just $25 per person, so don’t miss out!

Registration will increase to $30 after January 10th.
