"Flex and Flow Oncology Class" with Deb McDaniel. Mansfield Mansfield YMCA & Avita Hospital Livestrong Program introduces: Flex and Flow Oncology Class with Deb on Mondays at 10:00 am. Starting January 5, 2026. Free for YMCA members and all others 5.00 at the front desk. As part of the Livestrong Program, this class is designed for anyone touched by Cancer. Whether you are a Cancer Survivor, currently in treatment, or a caregiver friend, family member or supporter, you are invited to participate in this Flex and Flow Oncology class. Chairs will be provided as props in class to strengthen muscles and find balance and flexibility to support your journey. This class is designed for all levels. We use fun playlist music to support our movements. Silver Sneakers friendly, YMCA Members friendly, all others just let the front desk know you are attending Flex and Flow Oncology Class with Deb.
