Indulge in a culinary experience like no other as Fleet Landing Executive Chef Andy McLeod prepares a special menu perfectly paired with Holy City Brewing's finest artisanal brews. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to savor the flavors of our coastal cuisine alongside exceptional craft beer in a fun, interactive evening. Each course will be introduced by a Holy City brewer and Chef Andy for a full-on culinary and brewing adventure. Check-in starts at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7 pm.

First Course - Dressed oyster on beer shooter, Caviar-dressed deviled egg

Second Course - Snapper crudo, winter citrus, pickled green strawberries, basil, EVOO

Third Course - Braised short rib, oyster kimchi, bread bowl, arugula

Fourth Course - Seared sea scallops, crispy potato salad, chow chow

Fifth Course - A sweet surprise

Tickets are $75/person plus a small Eventbrite fee. Tickets include all taxes, fees, and gratuities. Additional beverages will be available for purchase night-of.
