A key highlight of Flavours of Vietnam is the collaboration with Vietnamese guest chefs from Danang. The promotion features Chef Thi My Phuong Nguyen and Chef Van Thuong Pham from Novotel Danang Premier Han River, Vietnam, working alongside the culinary team at Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok.
By bringing authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and traditional recipes to Lelawadee Restaurant, the guest chefs ensure each dish remains true to its origins while being thoughtfully adapted for Bangkok diners.
