Smoked Maple Ice Cream: Rich and creamy maple ice cream with a gentle wood-smoked finish that balances sweetness with warmth and depth.
Staghorn Sumac Sorbet: A bright and refreshing sorbet showcasing sumac’s naturally tart, citrus-like flavour and brilliant ruby colour. (Vegan option)
Chaga and Spicebush “Forest Chai” Ice Cream: Earthy chaga and aromatic spicebush come together in a creamy, forest-inspired ice cream with warm notes of citrus and spice.
Saskatoon Berry and Cream Ice Cream: Juicy Saskatoon berries are swirled through a rich, tangy cheesecake-style ice cream for a nostalgic berries-and-cream flavour.
The event will also feature apple cider pressing demos and guided apple tastings!
