We get a glimpse of Bengal the cultural hub of India.Bengali cuisine is well known for simple and authentic flavors. While the West(India) focuses on adding multiple layers of spices, colors and complex receipes Eastern cuisine focuses on simplicity. Its well accepted fact that no region in India catches with the ways Milk, Curd, Cheese is explored in Bengali cuisine. The most wel known deserts originate in this part of India. 2. Til Alur Sombhar - potato side dish with mustard oil and sesame seeds
3. Basonti Pulav - mildly flavored Rice with sweet spices like cardamon, cinnamon
4. chholar daal - lentil
5. Begun Bhaja - Roasted Egg plans
6. Bhapa Doi - Steam baked Yoghurt
