This culinary experience showcases the richness, creativity, and diversity of Northwest cuisine through the eyes of Chef Tay, other local chefs, food artists, and community tastemakers. Guests will enjoy an elevated multi-course tasting menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from around the region, prepared with bold flavors and Northwest soul. This year's events will also highlight community connections with local chefs to spotlight and demonstrate local food sustainability and culinary education. Flavors of the Northwest 3 will deliver an unforgettable night of good food, good people, and of course, great vibes! Join us as we celebrate creativity, culture, and cuisine one delicious bite at a time.
