About this Event
Flavors of Central Asia: A Bukharian Cooking Experience
BeBe’s is excited to partner with Chef Liat for an unforgettable evening of hands-on cooking, storytelling, and bold, beautiful flavors. Chef Liat will guide you through the rich culinary traditions of Bukharian and Central Asian cuisine — a vibrant fusion shaped by the Silk Road and influenced by Persian, Uzbek, Russian, and Jewish cultures.
Rooted in heritage and bursting with warmth, Bukharian dishes are known for their comforting textures, aromatic spices, and deep family traditions. In this class, you’ll not only cook — you’ll experience the stories, techniques, and soul behind each recipe.

Korean Carrot SaladA bright, tangy staple in Bukharian homes — made with garlic, coriander, vinegar, and just the right amount of heat.
