The vineyards of Ribera del Duero come to life at Kitty Dare on Wednesday September 3 2025 with an exclusive dinner featuring the wines of Finca Torremilanos. Guided by Vicente Peñalba the evening highlights an estate rooted in history passion and craftsmanship passed down through generations. The evening opens with cava and fried berbere chicken followed by five courses thoughtfully paired with the wines of Torremilanos. Highlights include shrimp ceviche with red peppers and jalapeño paired with Penalba Lopez Blanco scallops in blood orange beurre blanc with El Perron de Lara Tempranillo charcuterie and aged cheeses alongside Torremilanos Crianza and lamb with grilled mushrooms matched to the expressive Torremilanos Cyclo made from vines as old as 160 years. A finale of chocolate meets its match in Ojo Gallo a rare field blend from vines over eight decades old. Guided by Vicente Peñalba’s insight and passion the evening offers more than a meal but a journey through the vineyards and traditions of Ribera del Duero.
