It’s officially sweater weather (or at least we pretend it is in Florida), and that means it’s time to channel your inner fall fanatic in the kitchen! Chef Jorge Montes is here to serve up all the cozy vibes you need, starting with a cocktail that says, “I’ve arrived,” and a fancy crostini that'll have you questioning every other appetizer you’ve ever had.
Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get down to business with a salsa that’s as extra as you are, a risotto that screams “I’m classy,” and a dessert so fall-inspired, you might just start wearing scarves indoors. Who needs fall weather when your kitchen is this toasty?

Chef Jorge Montes is the chef behind Sazoned! Chef Jorge’s passion for cooking started in his hometown of Lima, Peru, and you’ll often find Peruvian ingredients and inspiration in his recipes. He’s been sharing his love of flavor with South Florida for the past 20 years and has been part of many successful restaurants in Miami and a curator of cooking classes for more than a decade.
