Creating delicious potstickers is an enjoyable culinary adventure! Chef Izzy has created a hands-on workshop focused on mastering the art of potstickers, covering everything from fillings to sauces, to the perfect cooking techniques. Participants will learn how to create flavorful fillings, warp dumplings, and achieve the ideal crispy and chewy texture, all while enjoying a fun and friendly atmosphere.Menu:
• Pork Potstickers
• Vegetable Potstickers
• 2 dipping sauces: Soy ginger & Sweet chili Sauce
What To Expect:
In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Izzy Cross
• Classes run around 2 hours
• Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class. Minimum number of participants 6
