Flash Day for Misty

Lately we’ve felt saddened, yet grateful at the same time. Unfortunately one of our own is going through a difficult time, however we’re in a great position to try and help as much as we possibly can. The mother of some of our closest friends has been battling cancer for some time, so we wanted to throw this event together to help raise some money to make the burden she has been dealt a little easier to bear.
On September 27th @sleazystudios will be joined by @ink.by.santanna and @revsbrisketandbbq to put on what we hope to be our best flash day yet.
All proceeds will go directly to Misty to help her in whatever way she see’s fit. Flash tattoos will range from $35-$100, we will be raffling off multiple gift cards, Rev’s will be serving delicious BBQ, and we will have other amenities available as well. Please join us for some good food and good vibes as we celebrate this wonderful woman’s recovery. We wanted to use the platform we have created over the last 5 years to try and gain as much support for her cause as possible. The event will be from 12p-8p. If tattoos aren’t your thing we will also be accepting monetary donations on her behalf.
Misty was diagnosed with invasive buccal oral squamous cell carcinoma that spread to her lymph nodes. Since her diagnosis, she has undergone a neck dissection and is now bravely fighting through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. The road has been incredibly difficult, and the medical expenses continue to grow.
