The KLD Alzheimer's Foundation is proud to serve some flapjacks, and raise some funds! All proceeds raised will go towards our mission of funding Alzheimer's Care, Awareness, and Research! Enjoy breakfast with us, while our team of volunteers try their hand at being a waiter or waitress!
Huge thank you to Pastor Michael and everyone at LCCN for opening the community center to us!
