*Bring a little something for our donation box for a local homeless or women’s shelter if you’d like 🤗
It’s a meet & greet Christmas get-together. If you’re looking for a small tribe of women (aging mid 30s to late 60s) to work on your health and fitness goals with where all levels are welcome, here we are!! 🫶🙌💪
Door prizes, goodie bags, festive food & drink & music. Plenty of laughs and a welcoming vibe are guaranteed. 😁🥰🌸
We’re opting not to set up karaoke this time but feel free to sing and dance to your favorite tunes if you’re heart desires! 🎶
Come celebrate the season a little differently with us! Where else are you going to see Christmas treats served in a bowl in the shape of a flamingo wearing a Santa hat or tropical flipflop platters? Hmmm? 🏝️🧑🎄
