This March Long Weekend we’re firing up the Regatta Grounds for Tasmania’s only dedicated Barbecue Festival Smoked and grilled, low-n-slow or charcoal seared ...... this is a two day feast cooked over flame and coals.

FEASTER'S FREEWAY
Big smokers, flame grilled, low-n-slow, charcoal seared ….. our FLAMIN’ vendors celebrate Tasmanian meats all in one schmokin’ hot festival
On the menu too? An 80’s style pub salad buffet and schmokin’ dessert stalls
Hit up the Saloon Bar, Slushie Pit, Whisky and Cocktail Bars for damn fine local brews, wines and cocktails to wash it all down!
GRILLIN' GEAR AVENUE
This year we are exploring the smoky side streets of Barbecue culture where you’ll find the sauces, the signature rubs, the perfect pickles, home smokers and chopping boards, knives and all the grilling gear you need to turn up the heat at home!
LIVE MUSIC
A massive 18 hours of rolling live music over the two days, from bangin’ interstate acts to local bands and DJs ....
