Saturday, 06/13/2026Join us for another of our epic Big Game Days! This game will be themed around Sicily, Kursk, and Guadalcanal as determined by interest / signups.
---ENTRY---
Entry for this event is FREE!
---THE SCHEDULE---
* 11:00am - arrival/staging
* 12:00pm - commander's meeting/lunch
* 12:30pm - deployment
* 1:00pm - game start
* 7:00pm - game end by this time OR after turn 5, whichever comes first.
---YOUR FORCE---
* Forces should be 120 points using DYNAMIC points.
* Players who can prepare multiple forces and/or 240 point forces are encouraged to do so, to help us achieve 100% Axis vs. Allied matching in the correct theaters.
* Forces must come from the “North Africa,” “Eastern Front," or “Pacific” Books and their extra PDFs.
* Only half of players on a table may bring strike aircraft, coordinated by Team Captains.
* Players may each bring a maximum of three (x3) units which can use artillery/salvo templates. Single-tube mortars in infantry units and “artillery” HMGs are NOT limited.
* Only your own models may spot for your artillery.
---THE GAME---
* Players each deploy in an area 36"-48" wide and 10" (Attackers) or 14" (Defenders) deep.
* Objectives will be "zig-zagged" across the table; some will be on the center line, others will be offset up to 12" towards one deployment zone or another.
* Defenders choose their table edge. Attackers deploy and go first.
* Objectives are seized according to normal Flames of War rules - an objective that is "held" can no longer be contested; it must be completely "held" by the other side to change hands.
* The side in control of the most objectives at the end of Turn 5 wins!
* IF there is a sufficient number of signups, one table may run a “Race to Messina” scenario with a modified “L” shaped table.
