Flames of War - "TANKsgiving Reloaded" - Big Game Event

Join us for another of our epic Big Game Days! This event will be held in collaboration with Battlefront's Toys for Tots drive.
---ENTRY---
Entry for the event is a NEW Toy of $15 value or greater. Bring your donation to CPG on the day-of. All participants will be entered into Battlefront's national prize support pool, to include:
* 1 Grand Prize – your height in boxes (laid flat, minimum
height 5’8”)
* 5 Individual Armies – each winner will be able to pick
150 points from the army of their choice (up to $500
retail value)
* A number of Random Prizes (based on total player
participation)
Prizes should be chosen from in-store (on hand) stock. Battlefront will offer their own warehouse inventory if need be, but if it's out-of-stock it's off the menu!
---THE SCHEDULE---
* 11:00am - arrival and staging
* 12:00pm - commander's meeting and lunch
* 12:30pm - deployment begins
* 1:00pm - dice roll
* 7:00pm - game end by this time or on completion of turn 5, whichever comes first.
---YOUR FORCE---
* Players must build 100 point lists
* 50% of your list must be non-transport, non-unarmored "tank" teams
* Any late war book or faction is valid
* Any vehicle with Side Armor greater than 8 counts as 8
* No more than x2 template weapons per list
* Armies with mandatory single-tube mortars in other platoons may take these units and leave the mortar out of battle to comply with the x2 template limit
* Only half of players on a team / table may bring strike aircraft, coordinated by team captain
* Only your own models may spot for your artillery
---THE GAME---
* Objectives will be "zig-zagged" across the 12' to 24' play areas, and deployment zones will be offset to compensate for first-turn advantage
* Defender chooses their table edge. Attacker deploys and goes first
* Objectives are seized according to normal Flames of War rules - an objective that is "held" can no longer be contested; it must be completely "held" by the other side to change hands
* The side in control of the most objectives at the end of Turn 5 wins!

The use of Discord is strongly encouraged, as that is where Team Captains will coordinate with their team members. You will be assigned to either Team "Turkey" or Team "Cranberry" after registration.
