In the home kitchen of Dennis and Joy Flaherty some 20 years ago a sweet idea for client holiday gifts grew into the “Flaherty’s Irish Candy Co!”
Armed with family recipes for Irish Toffee, We set out to duplicate the rich, buttery, crisp “melt in your mouth” toffees. We were so successful in our effort of replicating the superior quality of the Irish toffee, family and friends whole heartily encouraged us to bring this amazing treat to market. After much thought and discussion and a few toddies, we embarked on the journey to make The Irish Candy Company a reality. We never looked back!
