Flags for Heroes, our annual fundraiser that brings Culpeper together in a powerful and visible way.From May 14 through June 18, hundreds of American flags will stand proudly in tribute to the people who make a difference every day—veterans, first responders, educators, healthcare workers, and loved ones. Each flag tells a story of service, sacrifice, and dedication of the person(s) you choose to honor. On May 19, 2026 we will come together to reflect and honor these incredible individuals.
This event is more than a tribute—it’s how we give back. As our only annual fundraiser, Flags for Heroes directly supports impactful local initiatives like:
- Camp Fantastic “Farm Day” for children battling cancer
- Scholarships for local students
- Support for community organizations and essential services throughout Culpeper
