American Legion Post 13 will join other veteran organizations, veterans, and volunteers to place flags on the grave sites of veterans prior to Memorial Day. Meet at Oddfellows Cemetery on Fellowship Street. Normally takes about 1.5-2 hours.
This is a great time to bring your scout troop or other youth organization. We try to pair some youth with a veteran so they can work together and walk & talk about their military service.
If you are unable to place flags out then consider helping remove them on Tuesday May 28th at 10:00am.
