Want to create stunning non-alcoholic drinks for your next gathering?
Join us for a hands-on workshop with Jeff, co-founder of FIZZ. Learn why functional non-alc drinks are having a moment + how to recreate them at home. Jeff will guide you through three cocktails, built right at your own station.
Jumping off FIZZ's recent sold-out workshop with Victoria Cocktail Week, this class is part of Jeff's full cocktail program, which he built with recipes designed around what these new ingredients can actually do.

What we'll be crafting:
1. Mood-Elevating Margarita: built with Bonbuz Slow Burn. Shift your focus and feels with this functional-based drink (Fizz's top-selling category). A tasty classic that's packed with adaptogens, nootropics and amino acids? Heck, yeah!
2. Ghia Apricot Sour: shaken with Ghia. See how a single ingredient transforms texture and body with this classic-style shaken sour.
3. NA Old Fashioned: made with Free Spirits Bourbon and Bark & Bitter bitters. Learn about aromatics + classic techniques like stirring, straining and expressing citrus oils over the glass.
Every ingredient in a great cocktail is doing a job. Once you see that, you can build anything — and the new generation of functional NA ingredients opens up a whole new way of designing a drink around how you want to feel, not just how you want it to taste.
A note on allergens / preferences: we'll use a caffeine-free version of Bonbuz Slow Burn (the usual contains caffeine). The sour traditionally uses egg white — we can build without.
Bottles will be available for purchase on the night, so you can take home what you've concocted.
