Join the Afghanistan & Central Asian Association for an urgent discussion on life under Taliban rule, five years since their return to power in Afghanistan. The people of Afghanistan are facing the gravest humanitarian crises on earth: deepening hunger, collapsing livelihoods, and the systematic erasure of women and girls from public life. Our panel of experts will examine the consequences of Taliban rule for Afghanistan, and what action is still possible to support the Afghan people. The discussion will be followed by a networking reception, offering attendees the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
