About this Event
Join us for Manitou Brewing's FIRST beer pairing dinner- a celebration of craftsmanship & community- as we explore beer, food & local history.
Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the brewing process from the brewer, as well as some insight on the inspiration behind the beers.
Featuring 5 adventurous courses, the food menu has been meticulously curated with the unique flavors that complement each beer, while taking us on a trip through the history of Manitou Springs, introducing game meats & a variety of flora that is foragable in the mountains surrounding our town.
Tickets available for purchase at the brewery for $85 per person {includes tax & gratuity}. This is a 21+ dinner. Tickets are limited and must be purchased prior to the dinner.
Full menu will be be released in early January.
