Five Animal Play QiGong

There are many different forms of Qi Gong that celebrate the energy of animals, and one of these is called the Five Animal Frolics.
In this complete Qigong exercise system we bring our attention to the positive energetic gifts & wisdom of various animals focusing in particular on the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane.
In essence, the Five Animal Play QiGong seeks to bring harmony within all of the body’s energy systems and helps practitioners promotes equilibrium and balance within all parts of the body- mind - heart.
Often described as one of the most fun QiGong practice, the exercises offer some seriously powerful health benefits, while also being playful and light.
