Five:1 VBC camps are facilitated by former and current college athletes who are on staff in our club. You will learn from experts in the game, who are playing or have played at the collegiate level!
Cost: $150 (9 training hours)
This camp is designed to help athletes train volleyball skills and then apply them in games, focusing on the mental game skills of a "training vs. trusting" mindset. Lots of reps, lots of feedback, and game application.
