This one-day course is designed for Fitness Professionals, Sports Coaches, Sports Massage Therapists, and Group Fitness Instructors who need to apply essential life-saving first aid skills in a sporting environment.

Key Features:
- Meets UK Athletics requirements for Category B (EFAW + Sport) first aid training.
- The FA accepts this course for recertification in place of the FA Level 1 - Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF).
- World Rugby recognises this course as equivalent to their First Aid in Rugby (FAIR) course.
- 3 year certificate: ITC Level 3 Award in First Aid for Sport, Exercise and Fitness.
- includes full AED (Defibrillator) training.
