This is a One Shot D&D Style Fitness Class. You'll get to Role & get Swole! Each week has a different fun adventure prepared for the crew. Character sheets are premade, bring your own dice or use the house die. Be prepared for chaos, laughs, and a good workout. $15 drop in rate, or sign up for a Sweat & Stretch membership in house, good for all classes!
Starter- 6 classes/month $50
Sore- 12 classes/month $100
Strong- 20 classes/month $150
