We have two classes of Fitness Pilates every Tuesday - 5.45pm and 7.00pmOur friendly Fitness Pilates group is suitable for all ages and is a great way to take an hour for yourself with relaxing music whilst improving flexibility, core strength, balance and an all over workout (mind and body)without jumping around!
We provide a selection of equipment for variety and pay as you go or discounted monthly payment options.
