Fitness Pilates - 30-minute class.An exercise class based on the traditional teachings and principles of Joseph Pilates.
The exercises are designed to enhance posture, strength, balance and flexibility of a general healthy adult.
This is a mixed ability fitness class which includes standing and floor based exercises and stretches. Different options given to enable you to work comfortably at your own fitness level.
Price: £5 per 30 minute class, or £16 for a 4 x 30-minute Class package.
*You will need to bring an exercise mat and water to class*
