Enjoy outdoor yoga with SALT Yoga at Guthrie Green! Bring a mat and move through a welcoming, all-levels practice. It’s family-friendly, so feel free to bring your crew, or come solo and enjoy the space. There’s no charge to participate, and we recommend bringing water to stay hydrated.
This class is taught by a licensed SALT Yoga instructor. Parents are encouraged to consider their child's ability to safely participate in the fitness class.
