This hike will cover 4.5 miles through sections of the Moonlight, San Tan, and Hedgehog trails. The route is rated as moderate and offers rolling hills with rocky and sandy trail. Hikers are encouraged to check the weather and dress accordingly. Bring plenty of water, good shoes, and sun protection. Water and bathrooms can both be found at the nature center. Well-behaved dogs on leash OK.
