🌸 Spring Fitness Fun Day at the Gym 🌸Join us for our Spring Fitness Fun Day — a chance to try a variety of classes, move your body, and enjoy a fun, supportive atmosphere at the gym.
Throughout the morning we’ll be running a series of sessions from our regular classes. It’s a great opportunity to:
• Try something new
• Meet other members
• Get a feel for different classes
• Have a good workout and some fun
The full class timetable will be announced soon, but expect a mix of strength, conditioning, mobility and more.
You’re welcome to join us for the whole event or just drop in for the sessions that interest you.
All abilities welcome — bring a friend if you like!
