💪 Fitness Frenzy is Back.From September 22 to 25, try select group fitness classes at no cost at City of Kingston Recreation Facilities!
Whether you’re curious about trying something new or ready to jump back into a favourite workout, Fitness Frenzy is your chance to explore a variety of classes — all designed for different interests, fitness levels, and abilities.
From energizing Cycle Fit and Cardio Core & Strength to restorative Gentle Mobility Flow and Hatha Yoga, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
