This six-week program is designed specifically for adults 55+ to safely learn and apply the principle of progressive overload—the key to lasting improvements in strength, balance, and mobility. Whether your goal is to decrease fall risk, manage your weight, or simply feel better in your body, you’ll gain practical skills in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Ages 55+.
