About this Event
Have you ever thought about doing a themed fitness class in a food hall? Now is your chance...Join us for the start of a series of themed HIIT classes at CSC!
HIIT, or high intensity interval training , is a type of training where you work hard for an interval, followed by periods of recovery. Performed correctly, HIIT workouts have potential to produce cardiovascular fitness gains in a short amount of time.
We are going to take HIIT to the next level and make it fun by doing a different theme for each session. Get ready to experience a full body workout, from warm up, to an intense HIIT session using your own body weight and adapted to your abilities, followed by a cool down and short mobility session.
Join the instructor, Natalie, for a coffee or breakfast with Sip Locale afterwards! She will hang around and answer all Q's related to fitness and nutrition.
The first theme is Taylor Swift, so feel free to get into the spirit...These classes are led by a qualified instructor and health and fitness professional, Dr Natalie Grinvalds, MPH, BSc.
GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MAT!
Natalie Grinvalds is currently a researcher in physical activity, health behaviour and wellbeing.
