FitFest 2025 - An Inclusive Endurance Challenge!

FitFest is a fun yet challenging fitness experience featuring a 10-exercise circuit. Participants can choose 1 of 3 options based on ability, modifications needed and fitness level. All three workouts include scalable versions of the following exercises: lunge, row, box jumps/step ups, sit ups/plank, ski erg, farmers carry, bike, shoulder throw overs, run, burpees.

Participants will be grouped by age* and ability, ensuring a fair and supportive competition. Safety and inclusivity are our top priorities, with adaptive fitness tools and on site support.

*This event is for ages 12 and up
