Welcome to the FITFCK vs. Get Up Get It Done Fitness Event!

Come join us at Sleven Fitness on November 15, 2025 at 1:30 PM for an epic showdown of fitness challenges!

Get ready for a 50 v 50 battle where you will sweat, be pushed to your limits and have a blast with like minded fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just starting your journey, this event is for you!

From 13:00 we will be taking to Sleven Gym to see who really comes out on top in a crazy workout battle! See below for the workout!

Format

• 50 vs 50

• 5 groups of 10 from each community

• 6 competitions total

• Final battle announced on the day

The Events

1.⁠ ⁠Runners Paradise 🏃‍♂️

• 1k relay run each (Row erg 1k until the runner comes back then do your 1K)

• First team to finish wins

2.⁠ ⁠3 Rep Max 🏋️ *3rep each person, each exercise.

• Back squat

• Deadlift

• Hip thrust

• Chest press

• Strict shoulder press

• Highest combined lift wins

3.⁠ ⁠Conditioning Chamber🔥Team Must Complete

• 4k row + 4k ski

• 70 cals assault bike

• 50 over-the-bar burpees

• Group 1k run to finish

• First team across the line wins

4.⁠ ⁠REPS ON REPS 💪

• 10 min Team max effort:

• Pull ups

• Burpees

• Box jumps

• Wall balls

• Row

• Most reps/distance for each category wins

5.⁠ ⁠Pits of Hell 😈

• In pairs (I-Go-You-Go):

• 60 devil presses

• 60 barbell squats (50kg)

• 60 squat thrusters (10/15kg)

• 60 burpees

• First team to finish wins

6.⁠ ⁠The Final Battle ⚡ 50vs50

• Surprise event announced on the day

Then there will be a post workout social with food, drinks, live DJ's and of course photographers/videographers!

Then in true FITFCK fashion there will be a night club event which we will be releasing more details for very soon....
