Join us at Stallings Park on Wednesday, January 15th at 9:45am for an open house that will showcase all 4 of our different workouts. You'll get to try about 15 minutes of each one so that you can try them all! This event is free and open to the public, so all mamas (with or without their kids) are welcome! We hope to see you there!
FIT4MOM offers pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood. All of our programs were created by moms for moms to provide Strength in Motherhood®. Your first class is free!

STROLLER STRIDES®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training. You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
Fridays 9:45am @ Stallings Park taught by Katie!
STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!
Mondays/Wednesdays 9:45am @ Stallings Park taught by Jill!
STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
4th Saturday Monthly 9:00am @ Stallings Park taught by Katie!
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
Tuesdays 7:30pm @ Matthews Library taught by Lauren!
