Meet your dynamic instructors:

🔥 Rorpheus – An experienced pro-d0m and k!nk instructor with over 15 years in MMA, 10 years of personal training, and extensive group fitness experience. His background ensures a disciplined, impactful workout tailored specifically for k!nksters.

✨ Ember – A Pilates instructor since 2017 and professional dancer since 2012. Ember combines her keen eye for form and graceful movement expertise to deliver fun yet precise workouts that encourage body awareness and strength.

💫 What You'll Experience:

💦 Full-Body Conditioning: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Pilates, strength training basics, MMA drills and dance-inspired movements to ensure a dynamic, fun, and challenging workout.

🎭 K!nk-Inspired Motivation: Enjoy fun verbal teasing, light humiliation and predicament-based encouragement designed to ensure correct form and maximum effort.

🗣️ Boundary Discussion: Engage in focused, open discussions to clearly communicate your comfort levels, personal boundaries, and preferences. This helps our instructors provide a safe, enjoyable, and trigger-free experience for everyone.

🏋️ Minimal Equipment Required: Mats, yoga blocks, and flat resistance bands provided.

✨ All Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned enthusiast, this class provides scalable exercises suitable for everyone.
