Fun yet challenging group fitness for primary school aged kids! Your kids will learn different ways to move their bodies in a safe, fun, and age appropriate way.
Join us for a fun 45min workout where we learn a variety of exercises focussing on strength, cardio, mobility, functional movement, balance, and coordination.
