About this Event
Date: Saturday, August 15
Time: 8 – 11 AM
🌞 ☀️ 🧘♀️
IMPORTANT: Please bring your own bike - we do not have loaner bikes at this time. We recommend you wear a helmet for safety.
Join Fit Houston for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration at the Northeast Community Farmers Market. We will gather at the market for a community slow bike ride designed to be welcoming, social, and enjoyable for riders of all experience levels. Our ride will begin at the Northeast Community Farmers Market and return there at the finish, where we will celebrate the market’s 8-year anniversary.
Bring your bike, invite a friend, and enjoy a relaxed ride with neighbors while supporting an important community gathering place. Whether you are new to group rides or a regular cyclist, this is an opportunity to move at an easy pace, connect with the community, and celebrate eight years of fresh food, local vendors, and neighborhood wellness. We look forward to riding and celebrating with you!
Parking
Free early-bird parking is available to the first 75 vehicles—please use Entrance 4 to access the farmers market lot. Additional public parking is available in the patient parking lot on the N Loop E Frontage Road.
